Delete Your RealShield AI Account (Mobile App)
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account from within the RealShield AI mobile app.
Open the RealShield AI app
Launch the RealShield AI app on your device.
Go to Account
Navigate to the Account section within the app.
Select 'Delete Account' and confirm
Tap the Delete Account option and confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.
Delete Individual Scan Data (Without Deleting Your Account)
You don't have to delete your entire account to remove specific data. To delete an individual scan and its associated media:
Open the RealShield AI app
Launch the RealShield AI app on your device.
Go to Scan History
Navigate to the Scan History section within the app.
Tap the scan and select 'Delete'
Tap the scan you want to remove, then select 'Delete' to permanently remove it.
This permanently removes that scan's media and result. Your account and other scans remain unaffected.
This action cannot be undone.
Account deletion is permanent and immediate. Once you confirm, your account, entire scan history, and all uploaded media will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
No longer have the app installed?
If you have already uninstalled the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@realshield.ai from the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt.
